Do you have parking on premises?
There is paid parking on premises (free 15 min) or complimentary parking in the surrounding area.
Is your clinic accessible via wheelchair?
Yes, we have elevator on premises and each clinic room has enough space to fit a wheel chair.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
The Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic is in the process of implementing direct billing for acupuncture and naturopathic consultations.
Do you work with family doctors?
All clinicians at the Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic encourage patients to share their treatment plans with their family physicians. Upon request, a detailed summary letter of treatment plans can be faxed to any medical professional.
Do you order laboratory tests?
The naturopathic doctors at the clinic can requisition laboratory tests. After an initial consultation, your naturopathic doctor can provide you with a requisition form to take to an Ontario laboratory (Dynacare, LifeLabs, BioTest). Please note that laboratory tests requisitioned by NDs in Ontario are not covered by OHIP. No profit is made by the clinic for laboratory tests and an estimate of the cost will be provided prior to completing the tests.
