There is paid parking on premises (free 15 min) or complimentary parking in the surrounding area.
Is your clinic accessible via wheelchair?
Yes, we have elevator on premises and each clinic room has enough space to fit a wheel chair.
What safety measures does the clinic have during the COVID 19 pandemic?
The Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic puts patient's safety first. All staff wears appropriate PPE during all patient consultations. Each treatment room is supplied with a HEPA air filter and a larger HEPA air filter is located in the reception area. As of January 1st 2022, clinic staff will regularly take fast-antigen tests at home. In-person appointments are scheduled with enough time in between clients to allow HEPA air filters to recycle the entire room's air before transitioning to the next client.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
The Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic is in the process of implementing direct billing for acupuncture and naturopathic consultations.
Do you work with family doctors?
All clinicians at the Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic encourage patients to share their treatment plans with their family physicians. Upon request, a detailed summary letter of treatment plans can be faxed to any medical professional.
