The Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic is proud to introduce Ottawa with private one on one Yoga and/or Pilates lessons. These private movement lessons are taught by Osteopath Devon Honywill and customized to your individual needs.

 

Initial Session (75 Minutes)

An initial consultation is required and consists of an introductory 15 minute assesment where Devon will discussing with you your individual goals as well as any information that needs to be shared in regards to pain, injuries, strengths, limitations, history etc.

The remainder of the initial assessment with Devon is customized to meet overall goals while tailoring movements to the specific needs of the body. Time is taken to teach clients how to engage correctly to ensure safety and receive maximum benefits. Many different styles and modalities of exercise can be used within the time to meet individual preferences and needs, and can be adapted during each session.

 
 
Subsequent Private Yoga or Pilates Sessions (30 or 60 Minutes)
 
Private movement sessions are customized to meet overall goals of the client while tailoring exercises to the specific needs of the body, based on history and potential injuries or limitations. Time is taken to teach clients how to engage correctly to ensure safety and receive maximum benefits. Many different styles and modalities of exercise can be used within the time to meet individual preferences and needs, and can be adapted during each session.
 
These services are suitable for all body types and abilities. Sessions are aimed at improving posture, increasing overall strength, reducing pain, rehabilitating from injury and gaining a better understanding and connection to the body. Tools and tips are given so that other forms of physical fitness and general activities in life can be approached with more ease and less risk of injury.
